Taurasi is a red produced exclusively with Aglianico grapes from the Mirabella Eclano area.

The vineyards, facing west, are characterized by the steep slope of the land which favors the outflow of rainwater and also a strong exposure to sunlight, situations which guarantee optimal ripening of the grapes.

The harvest is done manually with boxes of about 18 kg at the beginning of November.

The aging in the barrel lasts for over a year as well as the one in the bottle.

With a purplish red color, the nose recalls blackberries, black currants and spices; full and balanced taste with soft tannins and long finish.

To be combined with Florentine steak, braised meats, red meat sauce, game or as a meditation wine.
