Ca' Del Bosco
The Zanella family, owners of Cantine Ca' del Bosco, have a history dating back to the 18th century, when their ancestors were engaged in agriculture in the Franciacorta region. In 1969, Maurizio Zanella, the current owner of the company, decided to invest in the wine sector and founded Cantine Ca' del Bosco.
Maurizio Zanella was a wine enthusiast and wanted to create something unique in the Franciacorta region, which was little known in the wine world at the time. Initially, the company had only a few hectares of vineyards, but thanks to his dedication and passion, his business began to grow rapidly.
In the 1980s, the Zanella family began investing in new technologies for wine production, such as the bottle fermentation method. This allowed Cantine Ca' del Bosco to create high quality sparkling wines which soon became famous in Italy and around the world.
Today, Cantine Ca' del Bosco is still owned by the Zanella family, who have continued to invest in research and innovation, making it one of the most technologically advanced wineries in Italy. Thanks to its focus on quality, sustainability and tradition, Cantine Ca' del Bosco has become an icon of Italian wine, known worldwide for its high-quality wines and its dedication to producing world-class wines .
