The correct acidity of the Bacio della Luna Classic Method derives from the vineyards located in the valley floor.
Minerality and sapidity are the result of the particles positioned at medium altitude and composed of sediments of dolomitic and volcanic origin.

Aged for 12 months in cellars located below ground level in the Cantina di Ora.
